Keri is still teaching the Beginner's classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 am, and Energetic Flow on Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:45. She is also teaching the Beginner's class at 7:15 pm on Tuesday evenings, so if you miss her class in the morning, you can catch it then.
Chris's All-levels vinyasa classes are still going strong on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:15 pm and 9:30 on Saturday mornings. You can catch his Beginner's class on Thursdays at 7:15 pm, and the faster, warmer Level II Vinyasa class on Friday evening at 6:30. That's plenty of time to finish up and still head out to dinner! If that's too much for you to contemplate on a Friday evening, check out the Gentle Vinyasa on Saturday morning at 11:00. Finally, begin your work week (or end your weekend) on a gentle note with Meditation at 1:15 on Sunday and/or Yin Yoga at 2:30. All proceeds for the meditation class are donated to Miracle Hill.
Please see the Schedule
Page for more information and class descriptions.

Ethics and the Seeds of Power
1:00-4:00
$30
We all seek effectiveness in our work and our relationships. Philosophically, what can we learn from yoga to create more of the things we want and let go of some things we would like to give up? What can you do to increase your inner power? Join Chris for a conversation on ethics joined with a yang then yin flowing practice designed to open body and mind. Learn what the basic principles of non-violence and truthfulness mean in everyday life. Where is the foundation of happiness? The answer may surprise you. All levels of fitness, practice, and experience are encouraged to attend.

Elements of a Vinyasa Yoga Home Practice
1:00-4:00
$30
A large part of beginning a committed yoga practice is learning to practice at home, and taking it with you as you travel through the world. Sometimes life gets in the way and classes are just not convenient. You can still do yoga; you can still develop your own practice. Real yoga is you on your mat and off. It is you living fully present to every situation, and every interaction.
Our intention in this workshop is to give you the basics of what you need to begin a practice on your own. Yes, these are some of the “secrets.” Don’t tell the yoga police! Class is great, please keep coming and practicing with us. We think that you will get a lot more out of class if you begin to do some things on your own, and our intention in providing yoga is giving it to you…what you do with it is up to you.

Master Paulie Zink
Yin and Yang Teacher Training
We are pleased to announce the return of Master Paulie Zink. We will have pricing and exact times posted later on next month. We were so blessed to host the founder of Yin and Yang Yoga. Master Zink taught the principles of Yin yoga to Paul Grilley and others. We are grateful to host him and hope that you will mark your calendar to attend. A wonderful time was had by all when he was here in February, and we look forward to his return!
We have decided to offer several class packages to you to assist you in practicing your yoga.
5 class pass=$48
10 class pass=$90
20 class pass=$160
All class passes have a three month expiration. You may choose to pre-pay for classes as well, however they will now have a three month expiration also. We love you and want you to do more yoga! The class passes can be used for anyone in your household, so if you have a child or spouse who would like to practice but aren't quite ready for a monthly unlimited commitment, choose a class pass instead.
Our drop-in rate will remain $10, and the monthly unlimited rate for an individual will remain $90. The couples monthly unlimited rate will also remain $160.
Private sessions are now available. You may talk with Chris or Keri directly for scheduling and pricing. If you have a specific condition or goal like weight loss, injury, pregnancy, stress relief, or just pushing your practice to the next level, a private session or series of sessions might just do the trick. You may also e-mail or call Beth with any questions on style or scheduling. If you would like to contact them: Chris, Keri

You may also choose to give a gift certificate with no specifications--we sell mats, Yogi Toes, T-shirts and other items to enhance your loved one's practice. Monthly unlimited passes expire 30 days from the first class, and pre-paid classes have no expiration.
You may purchase them online securely via paypal, or drop by the studio before a scheduled class to purchase one in person. We do accept cash, check, and MC/Visa at the studio. If you choose to purchase them online, we will contact you via email so that you may tell us how you wish for us to deliver your certificate.
