More Free Yoga...

Did you miss the New Year's Day free class? Are you sad? We are. Take heart, Melissa is offering a FREE New to Yoga/Level 1 class on Saturday, January 21st from 1-2:30 pm. There will be a short Q/A period at the beginning and then a great class followed with some restorative yoga to get you into the January groove. No pre-registration necessary, just arrive a few minutes before the class begins.

Kids Yoga and Art Summer camp

It's time to begin thinking about the summer! Melissa Howard and Jennifer DelVerde are offering two sessions of Yoga and Art for kids this year. Session One for ages 5-8: June 11-15. Session Two for ages 9-12: June 18-21. Camp will run from 1-3 pm Monday through Friday and cover a wide variety of yoga and art activities. Cost is $150 and will include a t-shirt and art supplies. Desiree will begin teaching Slow Flow at 9:30 am on Fridays beginning January 6, 2012

Private Sessions

Private sessions are now available. You may talk with Chris directly for scheduling and pricing. If you have a specific condition or goal like weight loss, injury, pregnancy, stress relief, or just pushing your practice to the next level, a private session or series of sessions might just do the trick. Gift Certificates available!

Give the gift of yoga to your family and friends. We have gift certificates available for classes--the perfect gift. They will fit everyone on your list, because we have a class for everyone! Choose to purchase a monthly unlimited pass for $90, or purchase any of our class packages.

You may also choose to give a gift certificate with no specifications--we sell Manduka mats, Yogi Toes, T-shirts and other items to enhance your loved one's practice. Monthly unlimited passes expire 30 days from the first class. Class passes and pre-paid classes have a 3 month expiration.

You may purchase them online securely via paypal, or drop by the studio before a scheduled class to purchase one in person. We do accept cash, check, and MC/Visa at the studio. If you choose to purchase them online, we will contact you via email so that you may tell us how you wish for us to deliver your certificate.
